In the upper left is a color image of President Roberto M. Ortiz, with complimentary text that compares him to F.D.R. Spans from Las Malvinas (Falklands) whose Argentinian claims are "ignored by Britain", up to the high peaks of the Andes. Condition is very good with a few minor repairs to the centerfold.
