This map is from an uncommon set of small travelers maps by Luffman that could serve as a quick reference for even the more remote parts of the world. Many were coastal and port depictions that detailed cities locations, good points to anchor, as well as large landmarks. Here a view of the area around what was then just St. Jago in the Cape Verde Islands, now is the largest city of Porto Praia.
