A comprehensive look at New York City from about 31st Street down to the Battery. With an exhaustive key for streets, but more so the institutions, businesses and official buildings throughout. Two engraved vignettes at the bottom show “City Hall” and the “View in Broad Way Near Grace Church”. Condition is good though ther is some foxing and staining and small seperations on the corner folds. In its original leather covers with gilt lettering.
