  • (England - London) London The Bastion of Liberty

A monster of a large pictorial map for victorious post war London. From Islington to Tower Bridge from Lambeth to Notting Hill this attractive map doesn't miss a thing from block to block, noting key buildings, points of interest and historic mentions. Heavily influenced by the work of MacDonald Gill, Kerry Lee's map is surrounded with scenes historic and modern, along with the decorative crest of the city. Shows the recently opened “London Airport”, as well as “Where the Magna Carta was signed” at Runnymeade. The map has been backed with tissue with some minor points of loss on the border. Condition is good.

Image size is 38.5 x 48 (inches). Full printed color.
